Adult Cardiac Surgery
Dr. Vasudev Pai has performed around 1600 cardiac operations with excellent results. In the last few years, he has performed coronary artery bypass grafting as well as aortic and mitral valve surgery with a special interest in mitral valve repair. He also carries out complex aortic aneurysm surgery including aortic root replacement and repair of aortic dissection.
Holistic Care
Operated patients are supported not only through their postoperative period but also through the phase of rehabilitation to return back to their routine. Patients are encouraged to come for follow up care even years after surgery to ensure optimal lifelong medical care. They are informed about appropriate lifestyle changes and supported through these changes.
